The Role:

In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing Efficient Administrative Support:
    • Managing and prioritizing calendars and scheduling appointments for the team.
    • Arranging travel itineraries and handling travel logistics.
    • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and materials.
    • Processing and managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records:
    • Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
    • Preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Communicating Effectively:
    • Answering calls and emails professionally and courteously.
    • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
    • Composing professional correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Providing general office support tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing petty cash.
    • Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
    • Staying up-to-date on new administrative procedures and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
