We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Writer & Executive Assistant to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executives and entrepreneurs, ensuring their success through exceptional writing skills, meticulous organization, and strategic thinking.

What You’ll Do:

  • Become the Right Hand of Success: Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to executives and entrepreneurs, anticipating their needs and streamlining their workflow. This includes managing schedules, travel arrangements, and calendar maintenance.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Leverage your writing prowess to create high-quality reports, emails, business plans, proposals, and other business-critical documents. Your ability to tailor your writing style to different audiences and convey complex information clearly will be instrumental.
  • Client Management & Process Improvement: Become the face of MTacTac for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve our business processes, driving greater efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Support & Research Prowess: Conduct thorough research, analyze data, and develop effective strategies to optimize operations and enhance decision-making.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing and design, to edit and create impactful content across various media.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience is Key: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, supporting executives or within the business world, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Maestro: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to diverse audiences.
  • Organization Champion: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are essential to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and design platforms like Canva is a must. Familiarity with AI tools is a bonus.
  • Marketing & Social Media Advantage: A background in marketing and social media will be a significant advantage, allowing you to contribute to broader growth initiatives.
  • The Power of Language: Fluency in English with a strong command of grammar and punctuation is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues are key.
