Job Summary
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of customer service representatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Monitoring daily operations, including call metrics, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Employee Development: Providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members’ skills and performance.
- Escalation Management: Handling escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Implementing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- BPO Experience: Experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM and WFM tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
