The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Extensya, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our company’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with Customers: Effectively communicating with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolving Issues: Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Overcoming Objections: Utilizing persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Handling Pressure: Demonstrating the ability to handle calls and inquiries in a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Shift Flexibility: Being available to work various shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts, as required.

Ideal Profile:

  • Location: Based in Amman or Irbid, Jordan.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience: Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
