• Tech-Savvy Professional: Demonstrate a strong command of computer programs. Familiarity with industry-standard logistics software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is essential. You’ll be communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, so clear and concise communication is key.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs and effectively communicating them to the logistics team.
