• Proven HR Expertise: We require 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist. This experience will ensure you possess a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Tech-Savvy Professional: Experience working with HR software systems is essential. You’ll be utilizing these systems to manage employee data, track performance, and streamline HR processes.
• Language Skills: Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is a must. This will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and ensure clear documentation.
• Content Creation Master: Experience in creating compelling job descriptions, HR policies, and other HR documents is highly valued. Your ability to craft clear and concise communication is crucial for attracting qualified candidates and establishing effective workplace guidelines.
• Global Perspective: While the work location is primarily in Amman, Jordan, there will be a one-week visit required to a project site in Saudi Arabia. Your adaptability and willingness to travel for short periods are essential.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are critical. You’ll be interacting with employees at all levels, building rapport, and finding solutions to HR challenges.
